Our online store is only available for purchases in Europe. The fixed price of shipping costs is 6€ in peninsular Spain and 19€ in the rest of Europe. Free shipping for purchases over 250€. 
All shipments are made through courier with 24-72 hours delivery service. We cannot confirm an arrival date as it depends on the postal service. If you need your package to be sent more urgently, please contact us at suuit@suuit.com and we will see what we can do.

We usually send your oden in 48-72h. Some of our pieces are produced to order so as not to generate a production surplus. They can take between 5 and 15 business days to produce. We make small runs of some pieces to keep them in stock, if you wish, you can contact us to check immediate availability at suuit@suuit.com

Unfortunately many of Suuit's products cannot be exchanged or returned. If you are not satisfied with the purchase, please write to us at suuit@suuit.com as soon as possible and we will analyze the case.
If the product is eligible to be returned, returns can be made within 14 days of receiving the package. The shipping costs, provided that the return is not due to our error or defective merchandise, will be borne by the customer. We do not accept postage due shipments. SUUIT is not responsible for damage, loss or theft during transport. When we verify that the product you want to return is unused, in its original condition and packaging, we will process the return and you will be reimbursed the total price except for the shipping cost within a maximum period of 30 working days.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item is received, so that we can assess the problem and correct it.
